She always is very sympathetic towards victims or even suspects when they have been wronged, but she’s not a pushover by any stretch of the imagination. That is a lot of bravery and selflessness. Then, when she is informed that there might be someone else who has been kidnapped in the house, she actually goes back in to save them. Morgan gets herself and Ellie Brass out of the abandoned house she has been held captive in, which was risking her life in itself. Along with that, she is incredibly brave I think this is shown really well in the season 14 premiere, The Devil and DB Russell.
Not only is Morgan extremely smart (she was a chemistry major in college, for example), but she is very tough, which is a prominent character attribute in almost any case where she works in the field or closely with suspects.
Morgan is the youngest and one of the newest CSIs in the lab, but she has fit in from the start and is a great asset to the team.Īt first glance, I’m sure a lot of people consider Morgan to be some sort of stereotype. She has also mentioned how she worked undercover in LA, prior to her undercover experience in the season 13 finale, Skin in the Game. In her first year as a CSI, she worked fraud cases. Before moving to Vegas, she lived in LA and worked as a CSI there. From a young age, Morgan has held a lot of resentment towards her dad, especially in the years following her parent’s divorce. Morgan Brody is the daughter of Las Vegas’ sheriff, Conrad Ecklie, and became a CSI for the Las Vegas Crime Lab in the premiere of season 12, 73 Seconds.
